What's In The Programme and How Does It Work?
The programme is delivered using a person-centred approach - this means that compassion and empathy are at the heart of it. Over a 3, 6 or 12 month period you will have 1-2-1 support and guidance through face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls and text messages. During that time, you will also work through the programme in a chronological order that is designed in such a way that it ensures ongoing transformation. The different stages of the programme are known as ‘Changes’ and at the heart of the Changes are the exercises, which can take different forms, for example: written, reflective or discussion based. These are evidence based, proven methods and ensure recovery and growth. The work is carried out by you, under the guidance of myself, and at our regular meetings we will discuss and break down the work you have done so that you can confidently put the principles you have learnt into practise in your daily life.
